Shape 'N' Tone

Welcome to my classes. I hope you enjoy your first class with me, and I hope to welcome you again soon. In order to help you achieve exactly what you require out of the fitness classes, please find further information about the exercise.

Exercise will strengthen you heart & lungs, improve your circulation, reduce body fat, tone muscle.

Firm up your body, maintain mobility, help flexibility in your joints and spine, developendurance level, release stress and improve self esteem.

Details of classes: -

Total body workout: -

1.Monday's from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. This consists of a combination of Aerobics, Pilates & Yoga based exercises.

Step 'N' Tone,Body Pump: -

2.Wednesday's from 6.30pm. Easy step routines with body tonight. At 7.40pm Body pump, a NEW studio based weight workout, No Aerobics.

Triple Challenge: -

3.Sunday's from 10.30am. A combination class with 30 mins Aerobics, 30 mins step & 30 mins studio based weight workout.

A 1.1/2 class for Men & Women - go for it.

1. No Membership Fee.

2. Highly Qualified Instructor.

3. Professional Sound System.

4. Steps, Dumbbells, Handweights, Bands, Mats, all provided.

5. Regular Newsletter, with diet & fit fact information.
